DEAD ON ARRIVAL
Established in 2022 and spanning over 5 events, Dead On Arrival (DOA) is a regional grass-roots tournament series founded by The Retro Collection.
With venue space provided by Tabletop Village and a consistent turnout of over 200+ attendees, DOA has become a cornerstone event within the Seattle fighting game community.

WASHINGTON STUDENT CAREER DAY
In support of Scholastic Esports, The Retro Collection organized nonprofit gaming tournaments at the Washington State Legislative Building.
Students and staff demonstrated the value of Esports events to officials directly. Washington State 19th District Representative, Joel McEntire, supported the event by participating in the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate bracket.
DON'T DODGE!!
Don't Dodge is a regional Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament hosted by The Retro Collection in downtown Seattle. With 100+ attendees, Don't Dodge has gathered talent from all across the Puget Sound.
Unique to this tournament was the exhibition between the Southern Washington Smash community and Bellingham competitive scene. Both teams showed off their regional pride during the crew battle.
ULTIMATE THURSDAY
Ultimate Thursday is The Retro Collection's most consistent tournament series. With 200+ events over the course of 5 years, our team has shown no signs of slowing down. Hosted at TRC's offline studio location, Olympia's strongest Super Smash Bros. players compete for dominance in this weekly bracket.
ZERO TO HERO
Zero to Hero (0-2 Hero) was a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate invitational celebrating the Pacific Northwest's players of lower skill levels.
Each invited player was given the opportunity to tell their competitive upbringing throughout a series of interviews. Those amongst the community who often don't get a chance to shine were given the spotlight.
MONTHLY MASHERS
Monthly Mashers is The Retro Collection's monthly tournament series. Players from across Western Washington travel to TRC's offline location in Olympia for various small-scale brackets.

SOUTH SOUND SHOWDOWN
With venue space provided by The Mortuary (Olympia, WA) in conjunction with Tempest Stream, The Retro Collection hosted a 12-person invitational showcase. The event featured the highest ranked Super Smash Bros. players within Washington State in addition to an open bracket Arcadian Last Chance Qualifier.
DON'T PARK ON THE GRASS 2024
Don't Park On The Grass 2024 functioned as the largest gaming tournament ever hosted in Washington State. Featuring nearly 2000 competitors from across the world, The Retro Collection directed the broadcast for games such as Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, Guilty Gear Strive, and more!
